I make an appointment for traumatology. They give it to me for a month later. I am the first in the morning. The doctor arrives a quarter of an hour late... And instead of calling me, he calls another and then another one he had from a mutual insurance company. Half an hour later I leave because I also work, not just them. Just like they called me the day before, to make sure I was going, they could have called me to tell me to come later...

Disastrous. The patient care lady, apart from arriving 15 minutes late to work, treats you with indifference and arrogance. The site shows poor cleanliness. I must be dying now that I won't come back.

I was waiting 10' for the receptionist, outside her workplace, to finish talking about her things with a friend. I went to another professional at the Center to inform her that no one was assisting me and she told me that it had to be the lady who was talking. I informed him that if it took much longer I would go somewhere else to carry out the process. He shook his head as if he didn't care. From what I see in other reviews, it seems common. To make an appointment by phone, a person takes your call, takes a note for another person to call you. The person who has to give me an appointment for a test calls me, I tell him the circumstance that my father is 93 years old, He is in a residence, the children are in Madrid and we have to know the appointment in advance, and he tells me that these are our personal problems. Very little professionalism, empathy and everything that is said is little. I should have read the reviews before going to this center.
